  2. Q: How much does it cost to post a job? A: JobFinder offers various pricing plans to accommodate your needs. Go to your dashboard and view the packages under the “Subscriptions” tab.
  3. Q: How long does a job posting stay active? A: Job postings typically remain active for 30 days, but you can extend, close, or edit them as needed through the “My Job Listings” tab in your dashboard.
  4. Q: Can I edit a job posting after it has been published? A: Yes, you can edit your job posting by accessing it through the “Manage Jobs” tab. Make the necessary changes and save the updated listing.
  5. Q: How do I manage the applications I receive? A: Review, evaluate, and manage received applications in the “Candidates” tab of your dashboard. Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with them through the messaging feature.

Job Seekers FAQ:

  1. Q: How do I create a job seeker account? A: Visit the JobFinder homepage, click “Sign In,” and select “I am a candidate.” Fill in the requested information and create a secure password.
  2. Q: Is it free to create a job seeker account and apply for jobs? A: Yes, creating a job seeker account and applying for jobs on JobFinder is free.
  3. Q: Can I add jobs to a wish list? A: Yes, on each job listing page, there is a “heart” shaped symbol which you can click on. You can view these jobs in your dashboard in the “Favourite Jobs” tab.
  4. Q: Can I apply for multiple jobs at once? A: While you can apply for multiple jobs, it’s important to tailor each application to the specific job requirements. This includes customising your cover letter and highlighting relevant skills and experiences.
  5. Q: I’ve submitted an application, but I haven’t heard back. What should I do? A: Recruitment processes may vary, and it can take time for employers to review applications. Monitor your application status in the “My Applications” tab and follow up with the employer if necessary after a reasonable waiting period.
